Patented Coverta-Plate allows the operator to use the boom with the forks on OR off the forklift and keep the ground man's head away from the forks & injury.
Using the Coverta-Plate and the forks off the forklift also allows the operator to get the boom closer to the object that is being lifted allowing for maximum lifting capacity.

Boom Features:
Safety: Patented Slide-Lock™ Mounting Plate eliminates chain and hook fall off allowing the boom to slide off the end of the forks with possible fatalities to the ground person or operator.
One plate is adaptable to fit on Class II, Class III and Class IV forklifts, or you can order Class specific plates.
Slide-Lock™ Mounting Plate has easy installation with 2 push-button quick locking detent hitch pins and includes 1-Crosby shackle and 1-Crosby swivel hook.
Pockets for forks are 3”H x 6 ¼”W.
Easy installation: No tools are required to install plate to the carriage or the plate to the boom.
